Huge congratulations to newlyweds, Mr. and Mrs. Healey!

Following two lots of wedding plans spoiled due to lockdowns, and a hen party the bride herself couldn’t attend due to catching Covid, Zoe Catterall and Alan Healey finally made it to the altar at St. James’, Stalmine.

The happy couple exchanged their vows before God, Reverend Dyllis Dickinson and much loved family and friends, and were doubly blessed with a beautifully bright, sunny spring day.

Zoe walked up the aisle to the Bridal March from “Lohengrin” by Wagner, played by the church Organist and Choirmaster Paul Buckmaster; and chief bridesmaid Laura Blackburn sang an emotional and stunning solo of ‘At Last’, to the delight of the congregation.  It was a joyous occasion.

We wish Zoe and Alan many blessings as they begin their married life together.

“Do everything in love.”
